1. Fat Burning (30mins)
This weight loss home workout is a quick way to get the fat burning process started and active throughout the day. It is one of my favourites if I am trying to add some variations into my daily workouts. I train for bodybuilding aesthetics, so I often incorporate body weight exercises into my routines. Equipment Needed: Dumbbells
2. HIIT Workout (8mins)
HIIT Workouts are an extremely effective workout type for fat burning and weight loss. The methodology behind this training style is to increase the heart rate at different times. The more the heart rate is increased, the more the fat burning process is triggered. I have put together a HIIT workout at home for you to try. Equipment Needed: None
3. Total Body (30mins)
This is a great total body workout that you can do from the comfort of your own home. I often use this home workout as an extra workout for the day. Sometimes I feel I need a little extra training later on in the day, so this is one of the workouts at home that I do. It targets all the major muscles, so you can be sure that you are getting an all rounded body workout. Equipment Needed: Dumbbells/Kettlebells (or a substitute)
4. Toning Workout (45mins)
Feel like your body needs a quick tone up! Then why not try this body toning home workout. It is packed with all the essential exercises and rest intervals you need to get your body into shape. This one of the workouts at home that I normally do about 3 weeks before summer. Really gets the body into shape. Equipment Needed: Dumbbells
5. Conditioning (45mins)
This conditioning workout I often use, when I am looking to get some more muscle endurance and stamina. It targets many areas that are required when trying to perform forced reps and rest pause training styles. It is a harder type workout, but one that does deliver results. Equipment Needed: Dumbbells

Please remember guys! You can train until you are blue in the face, you will not see the results you want if your diet is not balanced. It is vital that you get in the right nutrients with your diet.
I’m not talking huge sacrifices like professionals have to make. Just start with some small lifestyle changes. You will not only feel good, but you will start seeing results. It all gets easier over time.
