About Xercise4Less Preworkout
This Xercise4Less preworkout review is based my understanding that it is a stimulant based product (although I didn’t feel such effects…or did I?). In my opinion, the Beta Alanine content in the preworkout itself is in the middle range.
I say this from my experience with taking products with a Beta Alanine content, as I have had products with 200mg to 2100mg of Beta Alanine.
Until that day I went into Xercise4Less to train in the gym, I was unaware of their preworkout product. I actually went to buy another preworkout that I had seen in the gym a few days before. But on this particular day, the friendly guy at the desk named Andy (not sure of his surname), told me about their own preworkout product.
How they are marketing this product I am not sure, as I can’t seem to find it on their website (accurate at time of writing). I can only surmise that this product is very new to the company and in the infancy stages. Nevertheless, I had good fun with it and will be buying some more. Hopefully online in the near future.

Mix one serving (12 grams) with 400-500ml water
Personally I feel that this is too much water, as I don’t really use more than about 200 or 250mls of water for my preworkout. Sometimes I will add more if the preworkout is very strong tasting. Xercise4Less preworkout was not very strong tasting at 250mls of water.
However, please note that this is my opinion and how I like to take my preworkout products.

The effects I felt were very interesting, especially the type of pump I got. There were no instant or delayed sensations (even though there is a relatively higher amount of Beta-Alanine) after drinking it. Some preworkouts I have taken, there is a rather quick sensation onset. I didn’t get this with Exercise4Less preworkout.
However, with that said, there was a drive to train harder. The strange thing was that I didn’t feel that extra excitement or desire to get in the gym. But once I was in the gym, things started to change.
The pump was very quick and solid. I wasn’t expecting the onset of the pump to be this quick. I felt full right from the start of the session, so this added to the desire to want to train harder. It was a great feeling to train on this preworkout.
Once I had finished my session, there was no “come down” or “crashing” at all. Unlike some other preworkouts that I have tried in the past. This added more value to the product, as I don’t feel that the negative after or side effects of a preworkout product, justify the use of it.
This is my opinion entirely. Others may disagree. There is an interesting list of the ingredients that is used within this product (these can be found on the tabs above).
Here is the list of ingredients found on the tub of Xercise4Less Preworkout.

- Taurine 1000mg
- Beta Alanine 750mg

What can I say? I really enjoyed this preworkout. I was very sceptical at the beginning considering the “low” price range, but this soon changed. The taste was great and it mixed very well, considering I used less water than “recommended”.
The pump was strong and full. It was a strange type of pump, one which Ive never felt before. But a strong pump is something I look for in a preworkout and I am glad that I got this from Xercise4Less preworkout.
Highlighted Pros Of This Preworkout
• Pump was strong and full
• Tasted great
• Mixes very well with no lingering after taste
• Extremely well priced
• Made me feel content, rather than that extreme desire to lift weights (which actually made for a very enjoyable session)
There never really is anything that doesn’t have negatives, however in my opinion these are minor. I did feel that more could have been done regarding the pump. Don’t get me wrong. The pump was there, but the on and offset of it was different.
The pump seemed more like it was activated on physical exertion, rather than continuous. I say this in the sense, that when I was actually doing the lifting (or pushing), the pump seemed to be activated. But when I was resting, it felt like it was dwindling away. The funny thing was that this happened after training as well.
I found that even two hours after training, I would pump up if I lifted anything. I would of liked more pump for longer after my session. What I mean by this is having that full and hard pumped up feeling that continues for some time after training.
Highlighted Cons Of This PreWorkout
• Not a long lasting pump
• Not much information on the product from the brand
• No choices for flavours
• Only available in store
• No noticeable increase in strength
My Conclusion On Xercise4Less Preworkout
My Xercise4Less Preworkout review is about how I found this product on a personal level. What I found with this type of preworkout (not to mention the great price tag), is the pump I got from it.
Most preworkout products that I have taken, have a slightly longer muscle pump onset. With Xercise4Less preworkout the onset of the pump was quick. This was surprising to me as I have not experienced it before.
The flavour was very pleasant and easy to digest. There was no residual after taste, which I tend to get quite often from other preworkouts. Not to mention, it blends very well and smooth to drink.
I didn’t really experience much sensation from the Beta Alanine as I normally do when I take a product that has it in it. Normally a decent Beta Alanine content gives me a certain amount of energy, but I didn’t feel this with this preworkout. With that said, there was a strange sensation to continue training and push myself harder.
This was more a subconscious thing, rather than direct thoughts. It was something I had not felt before and this is something I really liked about it.
There are some negative aspects of the product, such as the lack of information available about it. While the price is very low, I feel that perhaps there could be some sort of promotion for the product to gain some exposure. Maybe some sample packets or event. This people can get some more information and find out more about it.
Nevertheless, I would recommend this product, particularly for those that are looking to use some kind of “workout booster” that doesn’t have the same effect as some of the leading preworkout products on the market.
